We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Coordination Administrator.

**Position Overview**:
As an Product Order Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of orders and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive team environment at RAM Game Room.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage product order entries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate product shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Handle administrative tasks related to product orders, including documentation and communication with our warehouse, customers, and internal teams.
- Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to support operational needs and improve workflow processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with order management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Prior experience in order processing, logistics, or administrative roles is preferred.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
