**Responsibilities**:
- As an HR Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department
- Managing and maintaining the employee database with accuracy
- Preparing and distributing employee communications in a timely manner
- Assisting with resolving employee queries and handling HR-related concerns
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience
- Overseeing employee benefits and compensation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Administering training programs and supporting employee development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with best practices
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in HR software such as ADP, ATS Systems (e.g., ICIMS), and other related tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
- A proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
