**The Role** We are currently searching for an **Administrative Assistant - Retail **reporting to the **VP, Retail**. This is a **Full-Time 18-month Contract **opportunity**.** The Administrative Assistant - Retail Operations will perform a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of our retail stores. **Location**: Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer Remote/Hybrid Flex work with visits into the office on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function. Join us to continue to create a fun and genuine work culture that really feels like your second family What You’ll Be Doing - Administrative support for Retail Executives; collating data, creating spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and PPT presentations - Conduct one-off surveys and follow-ups with stores on stocking issues or requests from Distribution - Handle customer complaints; track and record concerns and resolutions - Update and track weekly and seasonal files: weekly hours, store format performance, DOS, shrink accruals, return to brewer, challenge rates, market share, Holiday Hours, and follow-up/inform respective parties - Orbis small supplies ordering and tracking - Support Marketing team with Kegs & Cases publication as needed - Responsible for tracking and reporting programs like Responsible Sale and Mystery Shopper - Perform other related duties and projects as assigned Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience - 2-3 years of administrative experience, TBS experience is an asset - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Strong verbal and written communication skills; exhibiting professionalism and empathy - Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and is flexible to change - The ability to independently make decisions and resolve problems - The ability to maintain confidentiality - Self disciplined with the ability to work within tight timelines **Application Deadline: ASAP** Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to providing a respectful and empowering workplace that values our greatest resource, our people.
