Under the direction of the Principal, the Office Administrator:
provides secretarial and administrative services for the Principal and staff;
acts as a receptionist;
maintains office records;
orders school supplies;
performs other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
**Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:
Secondary School Diploma;
one year of Community College;
three years of related experience;
proficiency in word processing;
excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
tact, diplomacy and discretion;
ability to work independently.
**In addition, the following will be considered an asset**:
First Aid training.
This is a permanent, full-time, ten (10) month position with an annual salary range of $47,612 - $51,304. A comprehensive employee benefits package is also provided.
The effective date is approximately September 23, 2024.
