Retail Administrator

We are looking for a retail administrator to work in our state-of-the-art design centre. The retail administrator is ultimately responsible for guiding the customer’s experience, while supporting the retail sales efforts. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our retail division. The reception coordinator will represent Vesta’s hospitality and expertise when greeting and assisting visitors, answering, and referring inbound telephone calls, and scheduling appointments.
**Duties (include but are not limited to)**:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Booking client and partner appointments for sales associates, project managers, and cabinetry designers.
- Administration on sales, sales tracking, based on the retail commission structure, for review by the showroom manager.
- Daily administration on sales reporting for weekly sales meetings, and yearly and monthly forecasts.
- Daily administration and tracking on showroom traffic and phone call inquiries.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual: English and French considered a strong asset.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to write correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
- Able to adjust and be flexible to meet changing work needs and demands.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Full time and must be able to work Saturdays.
