**Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Product Development Coordinator will**:

- Coordinate product recipe creation. This involves regularly connecting with stakeholders to affirm that new recipe inputs are accurate.
- Responsible for setting up product recipes in ERP system.
- Coordinate new product photography.
- Generate pre-season and post-season reports on product performance. Analyzes results and makes recommendations to help shape next year’s program selections.
- Participate in new product development planning meetings. Records meeting meetings, decisions, and action items.
- Track and report on product bookings
- Oversee storage of product samples and documents any incoming or outgoing items.
- Assign new product UPCs.
- Conduct new product market research.
- Promotes value-added products through customer planners and offers.

**Job Specific Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience**:

- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Product knowledge of the floral industry is an asset.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to react to changes requiring re-prioritization of workload.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, an asset.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
- Microsoft NAV experience is an asset.
- Professional manners with customers and staff.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,859.98-$55,000.00 per year
