Administrative Assistant

Under the direction of the Controller, the Administrative Assistant - Human Resources/Safety/Production will perform administrative tasks including data entry, document control, file maintenance and other job duties as required.
**DUTIES**
- Maintain document control procedures and maintain all file systems
- Assist Production, Quality and HSE departments with log entries and file management
- Assist with the development of standard forms, technical documents, and general formatting of company documents
- Maintain company training matrix and prepare training documents and schedules for internal and external training requirements
- Work in conjunction with the Quality department to promote compliance with API/ISO 9001:2015
- Work in conjunction with the HSE and HR departments to promote a safe working environment and feedback on training needs both internally and externally
- Create and administer new hire orientations
- Assist with HR duties and onboarding as required
- Review and create HR policies
- Manage contractor management programs (ISN, Comply Works, Avetta, etc.)
- Participate in the Joint Health and Safety Committee, and take meeting minutes
- Other tasks as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School
- Administrative Professional Certificate or equivalent, preferred, but not required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in human resources and/or health and safety considered an asset.

- Work with little direct supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
