Join our team PJ Trailers Canada is searching for an administration assistant for our location in Leduc, Alberta. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of organization and attention to detail. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple priorities. PJ Trailers Canada is a retail and wholesale trailer company, and manufacturer of the brand True North Trailers. We operate in four provinces and sell across Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending to customer inquiries, whether by phone or walk-in
- Receiving and routing calls, providing directory assistance, and directing inquiries to proper departments or individuals
- Maintaining the reception area in an organized and professional manner
- Promote the company with a positive customer friendly approach
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Facilitate invoicing and receivables
- Providing administrative support to management team
- Maintaining a digital and physical file system
- Perform monthly cash counts and inventory reconciliations

QUALIFICATIONS

**Experience**:

- Experience interacting with the public in a retail and/or service environment, including sales and cash transactions (1 YEAR PREFERRED)
- OR Experience working in an administrative role (1 YEAR PREFERRED)

Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to collaborate with coworkers

**Education**:

- Secondary school or provincial equivalency (PREFERRED)
- Administrative certificates, diplomas or degrees are considered an asset

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
