Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Office Administration:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

Document Management:

- Assist in the creation, formatting, and proofreading of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
- Assist in document retrieval and archival as required.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

- Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and timesheets.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

Support for Executive Team:

- Provide administrative support to executives as needed, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
- Assist in preparing materials for presentations, meetings, and conferences.

Other Duties:

- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
