**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Keeping the team on track by handling day-to-day admin tasks
- Updating client files and keeping our systems organized and accurate
- Proofreading and prepping financial documents and reports
- Helping prepare materials and logistics for client meetings
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and team events
- Doing light research to support financial planning tasks
- Collaborating across the team to ensure projects move forward smoothly
- Supporting data entry and CRM management
- Handling confidential information with care and discretion
**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior experience in an admin, office coordinator, or assistant role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools — especially Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-focused with solid time management skills
- A people person — friendly, respectful, and a team player
**Bonus Points If You Have**:
- Background or interest in financial planning or wealth management
- Experience using CRM platforms or data management systems
- Alberta life, accident, and sickness insurance credentials
- MFDA mutual fund course completed
- A love for learning new tech and software tools
