**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. General Duties**

a. Order and manage packing material (tills, cardboard, films, labels etc.) and packing accessories as needed.

b. Conduct weekly and monthly packing material inventory audits in the packhouse and on the farms.

c. Resolving inventory related issues in SAP

d. Track packing material shrink report.

e. Administer P.O. requisition for 3rd party mushrooms and supplies (tills, boxes, films, gloves etc.)

f. Administer all other P.O. requisitions for distribution/packing/farm operations as needed

g. Administer the inbound receiving process and create the case bar code labels required by the receiving team.

h. Lead and administer the required inter co stock transfers between HMWL and HPL and verify all transactions are being properly completed.

i. Lead and administer the required post goods receipt/service sheet functions and communicate with other departments.

j. Develop and assist in maintaining SOP’s related to Inventory and Logistics. Play a role in training and retraining associates within different SAP functions as require

k. Complete daily inventory sheet.

l. Create the required Trucking Manifest functions for our daily out bound shipments for HMWL.

m. Manage weekly booking of all 3rd party freight

n. Manage PO requisitions for all 3rd party freight

o. Track weekly mushroom shrink report

p. Schedule CHEP pallets pick ups, uploads CHEP transfer into data base weekly and all CHEP related activities for HMWL.

q. Other project and miscellaneous duties as assigned

2. **Leadership & Code Conduct**

3. **Safety**:
a. Adheres to the Safety Policies, including use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment

b. Reports unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately

c. Reports all incidents, injuries and near misses to the supervisor immediately

d. Cooperates in the Early and Safe Return to Work Program if an injury or medical illness requires accommodation

**4. Food Safety**:
a. Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) as trained

5. **Quality**:
a. Adheres to all quality standards per customer specifications

**Qualifications**
- College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline preferred
- Advanced training and skills in Microsoft products and SAP or another comparable ERP system
- Demonstrable strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Above average analytical skills, and the ability to problem solve
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must be at least 16 years of age

**Required Training**:
Orientation training, including, Food Safety, Attendance Policy, Conduct Policy, AODA, WHMIS, Incident Response and Reporting, Emergency Response Plan, Return to Work and Disability Management, Ergonomic Policy and the Highline Stretching Program, Workplace Violence, Harassment, Sexual Harassment and Bullying Policy, Health and Safety Policy and MOL Worker Awareness.

Other training as identified from time to time by the company.

**Working Conditions**:
Weekend and/or evening and some holiday work. Position requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel to other locations in Fraser Valley.
