We are currently searching for an **Inventory Assistant Manager** to strengthen our Operations Team and build our capabilities to meet record demand and enthusiasm for our brand and products. The newly created role is one takes ownership of inventory in SAP from receipt at one of KLONDIKE’s warehouses to the moment it leaves the dock. When we say “end to end”, we really mean it
**What Your Team Does**
Our Operations Team is dedicated to supporting loyal dealers who trust the KLONDIKE Lubricants product range and serve as our brand ambassadors every single day. These four full-time professionals work tirelessly to process new purchase orders, manage relationships with our product, distribution, and warehousing partners, support our client care team, and provide real-time updates on inventory status. They are the cornerstone of our commitment to industry leading order fulfilment and are constantly evolving to support our double-digit growth. Our product range and geographic footprint has expanded, our liters delivered have grown, and our supply chain is adapting, creating a golden opportunity to enhance this close-knit team.

**What You Will Build**
- Owning the SAP Item Master: The backbone of data integrity.
- Entering item receipts: In time, on time, every time.
- Initiating all internal transfers: Putting the right product in the right place at the right time.
- Reconciling inventory monthly: Do we have what we think we have?
- Analysing inventory reporting for management review on a cyclical basis: Focus on what really matters.
- Arranging customer returns: Ensuring they don’t need to think about returned inventory.
- Monitoring slow-moving inventory and instigating solutions: Good inventory is always moving.
- Coordinating returns or disposal for damaged or defective stock: Maintaining clean inventory is your top priority.
**Your Profile**
- You have operated in an inventory management related role
- You maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have an analytical mindset, and can use data to produce insights and drive action
- You demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
- You insist on a customer-centric attitude across all activities
- You have a proven attention to detail
- You are eager to deploy technological solutions to improve outcomes
- You can work under pressure and adapt to change

- Relevant technology experience
- Strong Excel knowledge
- SAP (B1 version) experience
- Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems
- Reconciliation experience
- Identifying variances and investigating transactions
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
