**What We Are Looking For**
- day warehouse functions working closely with 3PL Contractor, Account Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Accounting team and other Distribution locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for organizing daily shipping documents
- Receives order from Account Management Department
- Assembles paperwork for warehouse staff
- Organizes and archives documents post shipment
- Responsible for receiving inbound shipments into the ERP system
- To include unloading and put-away, if required
- Coordinating with Purchasing staff to assure all line items are received and accounted for
- Work closely and coordinate with the 3PL party to assure all inbound and outbound processing
- Assist hands-on as necessary
- A liaison between internal customers and the 3PL party
- Responsible for overseeing and audit 3PL inventory
- Responsible for overseeing daily 3PL order processing and auditing 3PL charges
- Preparation and review of all warehouse-related reports (including 3PL)
- Collect shipping data and report daily completion
- Handle other tasks as assigned relating to physical and administrative warehouse duties
- Immediately report any problems in the warehouse to the Warehouse Manager
- Responsible for physical inventory and manage storage locations
- Oversee daily and monthly inventory reports
- Organize inventory based on storage location and product location
- Pick, pack, and secure all outgoing orders, as necessary
- Quality control
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
- Conduct regular checks on incoming and outgoing products for damages or defects
- Work with the team to resolve any quality issue
- Maintain organized, clean and safe housekeeping in the warehouse
- Responsible for receiving returned goods
- In charge purchasing of warehouse goods and packaging materials
- Support rework process, and assist visitors
- Perform other duties as required by manager and lead

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in warehouse or factory
- Must have advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, V- lookup, formulas, charts
- Strong analytical and mathematic skills
- Excellent ten key by touch, and 65 WPM and numerical data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general internet research
- Familiar with SAP (MM module) and WMS
- Must know the detail tasks of the warehouse, such as receiving, shipping, inventory management and bookkeeping
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

**Pay Scale: C$24.00 - C$28.00 + eligible for annual bonus**
