**Job Overview**
As an Inventory Associate in the warehouse, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating inventory counts, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our operations. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquires and correcting product discrepancies in a timely manner. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform daily cycle counts.
- Investigate damages, lost inventory, and other discrepancies.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain precise records of material movements.
- Investigate and correct shipping/ receiving issues reported to Inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and compliance with company standards and reporting all hazards, incidents and spills to a Supervisor.
- Complete daily mobile equipment inspections before use.
- Communicate and effectively work with Supervisors and coworkers.
- Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and timelines to achieve results.
- Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including reach trucks, counterbalance and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill material requests and ensure a smooth operation process.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
- Must be able to work outside of regular operational hours during year end cycle counts.
- Effectively communicate in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and a diverse volume of work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent time management.
- Familiarity with warehouse and footprint operations.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks in a cold climate (4°C to -30°C).
- A positive, can-do attitude with a demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines with exceptional punctuality and reliability.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
