**We will count on you to**:

- Formulate placement strategies by leveraging extensive risk expertise and industry knowledge to develop solutions that meet complex client needs.
- Devise go-to-market strategies, advocate for the value of the placement function, and participate in pricing of services as applicable.
- Instruct the submission of coverage specifications and obtain quotes from carriers based on the “assist, advise, and assume” transaction model.
- Consult with client executives and teams to support client retention and new business development.
- Inspect coverage binding for accuracy, ensuring the correctness of placement binders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with practice groups, insurance markets, clients, carriers, and underwriters to deliver cohesive client service.
- Stay informed on evolving insurance and risk management market conditions and communicate major developments to clients and internal teams.
- Lead complex placement and technical support activities on large accounts, ensuring procedural compliance, data accuracy, and timely renewal updates.
- Provide management with insights on complex client issues or trends through clear and concise communication, contributing to the development of effective solutions.

**What you need to have**:

- Proven experience in insurance placement, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industry carriers, market conditions, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

- Prior involvement in developing and executing strategic placement or market entry plans.
- Professional certifications such as CPCU, ARM, or similar are a plus.
