We are seeking a talented individual to join our Aviation team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Marsh’s Global Aviation Practice is the leading provider of risk management solutions to this dynamic industry in Canada and the leading provider of aviation premiums in the insurance marketplace.

As a member of the team within the Aviation Specialty Group, you would help provide the expertise to service our aircraft and aerospace clients.

Our team of aviation specialists, including pilots, mechanics, aerospace engineers, and safety experts is dedicated to understanding and meeting our clients needs.

**We will count on you to**:

- Manage a book of varied Aviation risks including high profile, complex accounts
- Implement the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service.
- Ability to assist in developing market strategy
- Facilitates submission of coverage specifications and obtains quotes from carriers
- Advice on changing insurance and risk management market conditions and informs client executives, client advisors, and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of products/coverage.
- Interfaces closely with client teams and/or client directly to support retention and new business production.

**What you need to have**:

- 3-5+ years insurance experience on the Broker or Insurer side
- Broker License (or willingness to obtain)
- Works well in collaborative team environment
