In this role, you will work on an assigned book and liaise with our clients and producers to assess client risk exposures and insurance needs, including:Identifying coverage gapsUpselling & cross-sellingPreparing marketing submissionsPreparing bindersPreparing proposalsCoordinating with our insuring partnersRRJ Insurance Group Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workplace. If contacted, please inform us if an accommodation is required.Qualifications Required:RIBO license, active and in good standing7-10 years of Commercial Lines brokerage experienceExperience in Commercial Surety (POA)Strong technical insurance knowledge across all classes of insurance, including specialty products and placement for mid-large multi-line accounts, ranging from niche and $50,000 to $1 million, as well as US and international risksKnowledge of specialty products (Cyber, D&O, E&O, etc.) is an asset; industry qualifications like CAIB, CIP, CRM are also assetsSkills & Attributes Required:Exceptional customer service skills with strong business acumenSales-driven approach to account management, with ability to identify coverage gaps and upsell/cross-sellStrong analytical skillsTeam player with a positive work ethicExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsOrganized with effective time managementSelf-directed with ability to manage multiple large, multi-line accountsCreative in structuring product proposals and documentationAdvanced skills in MS Office, EPIC, and PolicyWorksSeamless remote work capabilityFlexible to a hybrid work environmentAdaptable in dynamic settingsExperience in a “hard” insurance market cycle is an assetWhy Join Us:Attractive compensation package and commissionsVacation, sick time, and comprehensive health benefitsHybrid work flexibilityMatching Group RRSP contributionsTwo paid personal days annuallyProfessional membership fee coverage (RIBO, IBAO, IIC)Professional development and educational reimbursementFree parking and modern office space #J-18808-Ljbffr
