**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university, and 1-2 years experience in Property Management required/preferred

**Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate with co-workers, clients and service providers;
- Organizational and time management abilities with the ability to implement and monitor progress for successful completion;

- Possesses good oral and written communication skills with acute attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently but also well within a team;
- Driven, professional, and flexible in nature;
- Must be goal minded and possess a self starting drive to get the job done;
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge of BUILDIUM an asset
- Knowledge of Clock Shark an asset

**Other**:

- Must have a valid Driver's License and use of a vehicle

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

**Responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Responding and assisting with general tenant inquiries
- Assisting tenants with their FAQ - Payment of rent, vacating process etc.
- Following up with non payment of rent at the beginning of each month
- Helping to prepare/issue and monitor/track all forms from the LTB
- Following up with active work orders via vendors and tenants
- Scheduling and creating property Inspections, conducting the property inspections, completing the reports in the office and advising Property Manager of any deficiencies.
- Ensuring each new tenant that has been given an entry condition report
- Assisting with showings & Leasing vacant units
- Liaising with Leasing Manager and or VA to conduct showings
- Helping to prepare tenant welcome kits
- Sending out surveys through Google Survey Forms to tenants and collecting data/feedback of their customers journey
- Updating property manager of any break leases and N9’s that have been received
- Scheduling exit reports and key hand over with vacating tenants
- Informing Leasing Manager of up coming listings

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Salary**:$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (required)
