**Your Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Marketing and Leasing Manager, Drake Property Management is looking for a **Residential Leasing Specialist **to join our fast-paced, growing property-management team. This individual will be responsible for leasing our renovated suites and contributing to our continued growth and success. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and pro-active individual to be part of the team

**Key Accountability and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the rental of vacant residential suites across a property portfolio in the Hamilton market
- Qualify potential prospects prior to suite viewings
- Respond to ad listing enquiries from a range of sources including Kijiji, Zumper/Padmapper and Rentals.ca etc.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of property portfolio, vacancies, tenant move ins, market rents and competitors
- Continually provide a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to rental enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist approved tenants with move in and conduct move in inspections, communicating with admin regarding any issues with new move ins
- Generate positive reviews and referrals for the companies upcoming rental units
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Must be available for a flexible working schedule, including weekdays, weekends and evenings as required
- Excellent customer service skills and relationship management, with 2+ years experience required
- Must have reliable vehicle able to travel to locations as required
- Must have mobile phone
- Knowledge of leasing procedures, Residential Tenancies Act and Standard Lease Terms
- Ability to quickly learn about the company and culture, as well as rental products
- Looking for a passionate, outgoing and friendly individual willing to learn and grow with the company

Travel to our property locations as required within the Hamilton area. This is a flexible role working on your own schedule.
