Hamilton, Canada Drake Property Management Full time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Ensure the rental of vacant residential suites across a property portfolio in Hamilton and Cambridge

Qualify potential prospects prior to suite viewings

Respond to ad listing enquiries from a range of sources including Kijiji, Zumper/Padmapper and Rentals.ca etc.

Maintain up to date knowledge of property portfolio, vacancies, tenant move ins, market rents and competitors

Continually provide a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to rental enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Assist approved tenants with move in and conduct move in inspections, communicating with admin regarding any issues with new move ins

Generate positive reviews and referrals for the companies upcoming rental units

Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:
Must be available for a flexible working schedule, including weekdays, weekends and evenings as required

Excellent customer service skills and relationship management, preferably with 2+ years experience

Must have reliable vehicle able to travel to locations as required

Must have mobile phone

Knowledge of leasing procedures, Residential Tenancies Act and Standard Lease Terms

Ability to quickly learn about the company and culture, as well as rental products

Looking for a passionate, outgoing and friendly individual willing to learn and grow with the company
