As a Customer Service Representative at Front Street Animal Hospital you are the face of our clinic. Your position is very important, as our clients will base their first impression on their interaction with you.

**A Day in The Life**
- Opening waiting area for business.
- Counting the float from the night before.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Entering medical history.
- Helping clients with their purchases.
- Animal restraint.
- Cleaning front area, maintaining food shelves.
- Unpacking daily order.
- Handling laboratory samples such as urine, blood and stool samples.
- Following up with patients from the day before.

Your friends swear you have 8 arms (easier to multitask that way). Answering a phone call, while settling two invoices and submitting a referral request is your opinion of a personal victory.

Nothing slips by. You create and finish your own tasks independently and have incredible attention to detail.

You are not afraid if a little dirt (rainy days make for smelly pups, and there is the occasional accident to clean up)

You love interacting with people and enjoy giving 110 percent into every interaction with our amazing clientele.

To join our team, we would love to see some previous experience in veterinary reception or animal care. No experience? No problem If you have a background in the human medical field, reception, or customer service industry we can teach and train (how do you think we got this far).

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff are requried to wear masks at all times in the clinic. Limitations on the amount of clients currently allowed in and must wear masks when they are inside the clinic.
