**Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at CTVRC/EC**

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment? The Central Toronto Veterinary and Referral & Emergency Clinic (CTVRC/EC) is seeking a dedicated **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to be the welcoming face of our clinic and an integral part of our client care team.

**Compensation**:

- $20 - $22 based on advanced knowledge and experience
- $2 for hours worked between 7p - 7a

**Anticipated Schedule**:

- Three 12-hour shifts, Days
- Weekend rotation, most likely every second weekend

**About the Role**:
As a **Client Service Representative**, you will play a crucial role in supporting our specialty and emergency departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Client Interaction**: Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins.
- ** Administrative Support**: Prepare forms and certificates, file and retrieve medical records, and maintain cleanliness of the reception area.
- ** Billing and Payments**: Perform basic invoicing, billing, and account procedures.
- ** Phone Management**: Answer and direct calls through a multi-phone line system.
- ** Liaison Work**: Coordinate with referring veterinary facilities to request necessary records and information.
- ** Record Keeping**: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
