_Veterinary Receptionist (full-time)_

The Roncy Village Vet Clinic team has four veterinarians and treats cats and dogs from our local neighbourhoods, as well as laparoscopic surgery referral patients from across the city and beyond. We are a Fear Free practice with a well-rounded support team and great managers to support us. Our receptionists are integral and valued members of our team - you are the empathetic and helpful face and voice of our practice, and the person that clients get to know and trust. The whole team relies on you to manage our schedule for optimum efficiency.

Reception duties include but aren't limited to:

- Attaching files, sending records, submitting insurance claims and liaising with referral and emergency clinics
- Handling all payments and submitting a daily finance report
- Organizing, competing or delegating administrative duties like annual reminders, follow ups, and meeting with industry representatives as needed.

A background with a strong focus on excellent customer service and experience as a veterinary receptionist is required. Knowledge of avimark software is preferred.

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
