**Job Summary**

Are you a marketing professional, a skilled digital marketer, and seek to utilize your creative skills and strategic flair? Look no further Sunco Communication & Installation Ltd. is seeking a Marketing

Specialist to help develop and build awareness, create demand, and drive revenue.

The Marketing Specialist will be required to have exceptional organizational and communication skills to perform an array of B2B Marketing techniques. This includes all digital marketing efforts, coordination of membership/association tactics, tradeshow/event organization, varied content creation efforts, coordination of marketing campaigns, champion the Sunco Customer Advocacy program, all while providing a consistent Sunco brand voice. Most of the role, and time commitments, are dedicated to these activities.

The incumbent also has the ability to support the leadership team regarding executive initiatives and special projects as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage digital marketing activities with agencies that provide Sunco digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, online advertising, website hosting/security)
- Manage, create, and schedule content for social media on all platforms
- Coordinate branded content development (thought leadership, video, blogs, sales collateral)
- Manage and create online advertising content
- Execute events (tradeshows, Sunco driven events, membership/association activity)
- Champion Sunco's Customer Advocacy Program
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs on marketing initiatives
- Support sales and lead generation efforts, request for proposal templates and client-facing documents
- Assist in maximizing membership value and support from partner organizations (manage Joint

Marketing Fund proposals)
- Assist with traditional promotional/marketing tactics (direct mail, print media, SWAG)
- Maintain a variety of internal documents, and maintain the marketing shared folders in an organized manner
- Develop and assist with all internal communication systems/process, working with all departments
- Act as the brand advocate for all departments assisting everyone on the Sunco brand guidelines
- Contribute to team-building events, corporate culture development, and presentations

**Requirements & Skills**
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing or related field
- Proven working experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications
- Understanding of MQL to SQL pipeline, analyzing sales data and return on investment
- Experience in content management, creative writing/editing, advertising concepts
- Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
- Work well in collaboration with sales teams and other internal teams
- Understanding of processes and systems to help marketing run efficiently
- High acumen of marketing technologies: WordPress, Canva, MailChimp, etc
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of telecommunication/IT/MSP industry an asset, but not required
