Job Overview

We help salons streamline customer engagement and staff management through a single, integrated SaaS platform. To support our growth, we are seeking energetic and skilled Marketing Specialist and Sales Support team members to help us expand our client base and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Marketing Specialist

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile)
  • Plan and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Configure, manage, and optimize tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Design creative assets such as posters and video reels using Canva and CapCut
  • Implement email marketing campaigns with Mailchimp
  • Design and manage websites (WordPress), and execute Local SEO strategies for websites and Google Business Profiles
  • Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and optimize advertising budgets
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, AI agent automation) to support content and workflow efficiency

Sales Support

  • Identify, approach, and consult with nail salons on booking software + marketing services
  • Provide demos, explain service packages, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Offer technical assistance and basic troubleshooting
  • Support customers with account setup (account creation, configuration, user guidance)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads
  • Manage Sale CRM like HubSpot pipeline, sequences, forms, lead scoring, reporting and automate workflows with Zapier, schedule and remind demos

Qualifications / Requirements

  • College or University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proficient with Office tools & teamwork platforms (Telegram, Slack, Teams, Asana, Notion)
  • Ability to research HubSpot, Zoho, ZapierCRM tools.
  • Ability to research information independently, stay organized, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and KPI-oriented mindset
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service and technology
  • Experience with digital marketing, sales, or customer support, or SaaS software is highly encouraged
  • Ability to effectively communicate in Vietnamese and English both verbal and writing.
