We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Specialist position. **This position is permanent, full-time, located in Edmonton, Alberta**. As a Marketing Specialist at NovaMT, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing our marketing strategy. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's visibility and market presence. Through developing and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, conducting insightful market research, and fostering collaborative efforts to support sales and market expansion, your work will be central to our growth and success.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand the basic knowledge of company products and services.
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to align with our strategic goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover trends, assess competition, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to produce marketing materials and tools that bolster sales efforts and facilitate market expansion.
- Oversee our online presence, including the management of website content and social media platforms, to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports on their effectiveness and recommending strategies for optimization.
- Play a key role in the planning and participation of promotional events and conferences.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to guarantee the high-quality and timely delivery of marketing programs.

**Skill and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in healthcare, technology, or related fields.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work well within a team and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Creative and analytical thinker with a problem-solving orientation.
