Our commitment to authenticity and collaboration ensures we remain a powerhouse of growth, innovation, and measurable results for every client we serve.What You'll DoLaunch and manage multiple client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other paid social platforms for high-tier clients, ensuring that all campaigns meet or exceed their KPIsManage high-value client accounts, ensuring all campaign objectives are met or exceededDevelop and implement tailored strategies to meet client objectives, leveraging in-depth platform knowledgeMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven optimizations to improve resultsProvide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and improve campaign outcomesProactively identify and pursue opportunities to scale successful campaigns and optimize underperforming onesUse data-driven insights to make informed decisions on budget allocation and targeting strategiesCreate and implement robust A/B testing frameworks to continuously optimize campaign performanceCraft high-converting copy to support ad campaigns, landing page conversion rates & video campaign performanceManage a Meta/TikTok ad budget ranging between $200,000 and $400,000 per month of performance spendScripting for ad copy, creatives, and different messaging in your advertorialsCollaborate with our Creative team to improve video ad campaignsCollaborate with the CSM team to identify and resolve high-level issuesWhat We’re Looking For / QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience managing performance Facebook campaigns for lead generationMinimum 2 years of experience in an agency settingMinimum 1 year of experience in direct response marketingExperience managing 100K+/mo in performance spend focused on lead generationExperience with creative briefs & ideating video campaignsAdvanced knowledge and practical experience with Facebook and Instagram ad platformsStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesHighly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbalHighly preferred: Experience in enhancing conversion rate optimizationWhat We OfferAn incredible team and culture.
