**Employment Requirements**:

- **Education and Qualifications**: The applicant is required to have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business/Commerce related field.
- **Work Experience**: At least 3 years of experience working as a Marketing Specialist for a commercial store. As a Marketing Specialist, you should have experience in developing and implementing marketing plans as well as evaluating business proposals for potential opportunities.

**Language requirements**: English.
- Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs of an establishment
- Advise business owners on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies
- Maintain a website and social media and presence. Develop strategies to increase their reach.
- Produce monthly reports on marketing activities, strategies and results.
- Managing customer reviews and testimonials
- Develop, implement and evaluate public relations strategies and programs designed to inform clients, employees and the general public of initiatives and policies of businesses, governments and other organizations
- Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by their organization
- Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional or national areas to assess development potential and future trends as well as conduct research on consumers, competitors and the marketplace to identify trends to optimize marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material for the promotion of the business

**Salary**: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
