**Position Overview**

We are looking for a **Marketing Strategist / Marketing Project Manager** to work closely with our sales team to develop customized marketing strategies for clients. This person will then **delegate tasks** to our expert team of content creators, social media managers, web developers, and SEO specialists to execute the strategy. If you're a **strategic thinker, strong communicator, and excellent organizer**, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored marketing strategies for clients.
**Project Management**: Assign tasks and oversee execution across content, social media, SEO, and web development teams.
**Client Communication**: Present marketing plans to clients and provide ongoing updates on progress.
**Performance Tracking**: Analyze marketing campaign results and make data-driven improvements.
**Team Leadership**: Ensure all departments align with client goals and deadlines.

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ **3-5 years of experience** in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or project management.
✔ **Strong understanding of SEO, social media, content marketing, and branding.**
✔ **Excellent organizational and leadership skills** to manage multiple projects.
✔ **Proficiency in project management tools** (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
✔ **Creative problem-solver** who thrives in a fast-paced, growing company.
