**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Part-Time Administrative Assistant** to support our office manager, mortgage brokers, and investment representatives. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative, bookkeeping, and reception duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact when dealing with phone calls, correspondence, and inquiries,
- Maintain accurate accounting records for three separate corporations, with monthly reporting using Simply/Sage and Excel.
- Work with brokers to create & maintain databases, documents, and spreadsheets
- Maintain office inventory levels, ensuring a consistent supply of essential items through timely ordering and replenishment, thereby supporting the smooth operation of office activities.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Simply/Sage is a plus
- Prior work experience in an administrative capacity

**Location & Hours**:
This is an onsite job, with hours 9:00-1:00 or 10:00-2:00 daily, with opportunities for full day work for vacation coverage. Vacation time of 2 weeks per year or 4% paid.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
