Our Burlington, ON office is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant (25 hours per week, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm). If you are an energetic individual who thrives on organization and helping others, we want to hear from you

Your Contribution:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will work in collaboration with the Tanknology team
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Coordinate Purolator and courier shipments
- Log and file reports from technicians
- Order office/ kitchen supplies
- Maintaining internal spreadsheets
Your Profile:
- Diploma in Office Administration considered is an asset
- Bilingual capabilities considered an asset
- Driver’s license required to do local office errands as required
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience in an front desk role in an office environment required
- Experience working in a similar capacity in a Consulting, Engineering, or Science firm would be an asset
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office program features specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety
