**Company Information**
Cosmaroma Inc. is a leader in retail/wholesale home renovation supplies. We are currently operating 10 retail outlets nationwide and expanding.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc.
- Makes adjustments to staff schedules and updating the master calendar
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides assistance to the HR Department with employee-related issues and health & safety policies
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides assistance to the Finance Department with processing invoices for payment.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience using QuickBooks as an asset

Pay rate based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
