**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate effectively with property owners, managers, tenants, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters.
- Support Project Managers in successfully managing the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation to completion
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Project Manager to support project needs.
- Ensure work authorization, completion certificates and all other required documents are obtained from client accurately and uploaded to internal and external claims systems.
- Serve as a point of contact between the customer and Project Manager to facilitate project success.
- Monitor the progress of all active projects and maintain accurate notes and updates.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong phone etiquette and effective communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
