**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate various types of printing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
- Monitor print runs for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.
- Prepare and set up jobs according to specifications, including selecting appropriate materials and inks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating printing machinery and understanding printing processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
- Basic computer skills for job setup and record keeping; familiarity with design software is a plus.
