**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Set up press equipment for various jobs, including adjustments for color, registration, and ink density.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout production runs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during operation.
- Package finished products according to specifications and prepare them for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pressman or in a similar role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.
- Familiarity with machining processes is preferred but not required.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required based on company policy.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.94-$35.35 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Additional pay:
