Mississauga, Canada Reprodux Full time

This position will be a part of the Reprodux Production team, this position will provide on-site support to the production team with day-to-day production. This position will work closely with the team with hand on support with production, installation, and deliveries. The day to day will include work on an array of production support including installation with signage, printing, large and small format, plotting, binding and more.

To be successful in this role, you must be very well organized and have great attention to detail in addition to being computer savvy and innovative.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Production Oriented (Plotting/ Graphic mandatory)
- Operate computer and other peripheral electronic equipment job assignments.
- Assist with other jobs in departments as needed.
- Ability to manage time, follow timeline demands.
- Able to multitask.
- Read work proof, Schedule Printing, Operating Printers at their optimum quality, Weeding Vinyl, trim Vinyl, laminating, finishing.
- Ability to move large and heavy objects up to 50lbs, standing, lifting and repetitive movement.
- Work in high pressured environments.
- Maintain daily production time based on job priorities, and material usage reports.
- Perform all other duties as requested by Management in order to help the team effort.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment or work independently to ensure and maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity throughout the production shift.
- Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, working in compliance with the Reprodux Health and Safety Standards.
- Ensuring to follow the Reprodux standard and policies with respects to the Guide to Human Resources. (Employee Handbook)
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time/multitask with mínimal supervision.
- Must be punctual, organized, consistent and productive.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Willing to adapt or learn new and emerging technologies.
- Ability to prioritize.
