**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Setup and Operation**:

- Prepare and operate the Mimaki TXF150-75 DTF printer and Epson SureColor R5070, ensuring proper material loading and settings adjustments.
- Use the Mimaki LA-160W laminator for finishing processes, ensuring high-quality lamination.
- Operate the Summa S2 cutter for precision cutting of printed materials.
- Set up and run the Tajima Tmez SC1501 embroidery machine for customized embroidery projects.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor print quality throughout production, making adjustments to ensure color accuracy and material integrity.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
- **Workstation Maintenance**:

- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and tidy at all times to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Package orders once completed as instructed, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.

**Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on all printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printing equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Communicate effectively regarding production schedules and any potential delays or issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in printing technology is a plus.
- Proven experience as a printing press operator or in a similar role, particularly with DTF, roll-to-roll, and embroidery printing.
- Familiarity with the specific equipment listed (Mimaki TXF150-75, Epson SureColor R5070, Mimaki LA-160W, Summa S2, Tajima Tmez SC1501) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
- Standing for extended periods and working in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
