**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate flexographic printing presses to produce various printed materials according to specifications.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure quality standards are met, making adjustments as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to set up jobs, including preparing inks, substrates, and other materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in packaging finished products for shipment while ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Familiarity with fabrication processes and machining is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts is advantageous; certification may be required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- Mississauga, ON (L5B): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
