**What You’ll Do as an HR Operations Co-op Student**:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and setting up employee files.
- Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Assist with scheduling and operations task.
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related issues.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:

- **Education**: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant post-secondary program (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
- **Skills**: Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**:

- Full-time

**Expected Hours**:

- No more than **30 hours per week**

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
