**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Operations**: Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring a well-organized and professional environment.
- **Administrative Support**: Oversee scheduling, documentation, invoicing, and record-keeping.
- **HR & Payroll Assistance**: Support payroll processing, track employee attendance, and manage HR-related documentation.
- **Technology & Systems Management**: Maintain office software, databases, and CRM systems for efficient workflow.
- **Vendor & Facility Management**: Liaise with service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and IT support.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement office efficiency strategies to enhance productivity.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role, preferably in a staffing or recruitment agency.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and office management software.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong accuracy in handling documents and administrative tasks.
