We are looking for a dynamic, business-minded HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and who is excited about building and leading people-related strategies and processes.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for supporting the Human Resources initiatives at MyHealth Centre with a primary focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, engagement, retention, & HR Automation. In addition, the HRBP will support the general administration of the Human Resources function and other initiatives and projects.

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment and hiring activities via our ATS and other internal tracking methods.
- Act as a resource to provide direction, advice, and guidance to all stakeholders on tactical, and operational issues related to Human Resources.
- Participate at various meetings to discuss, identify, and recommend changes that will improve service delivery, provide input on organizational issues, and share best practices.
- Analyze data, metrics, trends and formulate strategic plans to optimize use of HR resources in the pursuit of meeting organizational and program specific targets.
- Coach practice managers, in collaboration with field experts as needed, in areas such as: performance management, absenteeism, workplace investigations, layoffs or redeployment, terminations, employee development, employee engagement, etc.
- Plan, develop, and implement HR specific programs and projects in relation to MyHealth’s vision.
- Executes special projects as assigned with overall responsibility for meeting timeline milestones and driving projects to completion such as HR development and HR automation.
- Research employee and labour relations issues and options as they arise, counsel management and/or employees and facilitates resolution.
- Oversee the administration of the annual performance review process for all team members.
- Ensure performance evaluation methods are adhered to by all supervisors and managers.
- Create disciplinary letters or Performance Improvement Plans with guidance from supervisors and managers for all infractions.
- Provide information and respond to questions from employees on internal HR programs, policies, benefits, payroll inquiries, systems and processes.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team and offer insights on continuous improvements to HR programs, resources and processes.
