**Human Resources Implementation Specialist**

Are you someone who loves working directly with people to plan, project and see ideas come to light? This HR position is perfect for someone who has demonstrated experience successfully rolling out initiatives, ideally has a background in human resources and wants to start early with a company in growth. If you have demonstrated experience leading functional (not technical) projects through to implementation and being able to implement the communication and processes to ensure success, this **HR Implementation Specialist** position might be for you.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HR IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST**:
1. Internal Company-Focused Initiatives
- Create internal processes and SOPs
- Create and build an internal library of project templates
- Research best practices and document
- Collaborate directly with the founder to bounce ideas
- Create and build internal training around processes
- Research and make recommendations as to technology that can support internal and external efficiencies (ex: communication, document storage, document sharing); if required, implement and roll out

2. Client-Focused Initiatives
- Collaborate with the internal client lead to learn the strategy and plan to roll out the recommended initiatives
- Develop and implement customized solutions based on client specifications
- Collaborate with various clients to build an implementation plan and roll out initiatives
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients
- Evaluates the effectiveness of programs by implementing evaluation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Update project documents to ensure client has visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE**

This position suits a person who has demonstrated professional experience in a project-based role (preferably HR-related), ideally within larger organizations or an agency, and has had at least 5-7 years of general professional experience.
- Demonstrated and applied experience leading project implementations from start to finish
- A professional background in human resources or leading human resource project work
- Frameworks and best practices for leading project implementations
- Change management understanding and frameworks
- Experience and ability to create visuals from data and presentations to support (ex: Canva, PPT, excel etc)
- An understanding of the importance of aligning strategic initiatives to support overall business objectives
- Growth Mindset and internal motivation to always learn and be curious
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel, including leadership
- Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities fast-paced environment and prioritize, plan and execute on assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to function independently as well as work within a team.
- Ability to exercise appropriate judgment, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain and exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

Bonus Points:

- Human Resources and/or Project Management education
- You have working knowledge of Wordpress and Canva
- You have a passion and understanding of marketing

This position is a 12 month contract to start (20-30 hours per week), with the opportunity to extend permanently and full-time. This is a work-from-home and HYBRID work schedule. The successful person needs to be flexible during Monday - Friday as per client schedules, meetings and internal brainstorming sessions and will be required to meet on site with clients at various locations in the Lower Mainland or with the internal client lead in North Vancouver. You will be required to have reliable transportation and your own computer.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
