Investor Relations

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain Casper’s investor pipeline (VCs, angels, government, corporate partners)
- Draft and refine pitch materials, teasers, investor updates, and term sheets
- Coordinate investor calls, follow-ups, and due diligence data rooms
- Assist in SAFE and equity modeling using tools like Carta or Pulley
- Track investor communications and capital flow progress
- Craft communications for investor newsletters, funding milestone announcements, and PR
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and investor sentiment in aerospace/cleantech sectors

**Expectations**
- Strong understanding of startup capital structures (SAFE, equity rounds, cap tables)
- Familiarity with early-stage fundraising, investor decks, and term negotiations
- Strong understanding of Series A capital structures (SAFE, equity rounds, cap tables)
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset; confident working in Google Sheets, Notion, or financial modeling tools
- Entrepreneurial spirit, comfort in ambiguity, and a high sense of initiative
- Bonus: Experience with Carta, Pulley, DocSend, Dealum, FrontFundr, or Equivesto
Pay: $125,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
