This position will report to the Associate Director, Investor Relations and can be based in Vancouver, BC or Seattle, WA.

Zymeworks is proudly headquartered in our brand new, net-zero facility located in the vibrant Main St biotech hub of Vancouver, BC, with operations in Seattle, WA and Dublin, Ireland. We offer a hybrid work environment with most team members working in-office three days per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investor Relations_
- Coordinates and schedules non-deal roadshows, financial conferences, and investor events, such as Earnings Calls and Analyst & Investor Calls, and is comfortable coordinating both internally and externally
- Coordinates and schedules all investor interactions ensuring both internal and external alignment on timing, location, and attendance for all involved.
- Collaborates with Executive Administrators on scheduling Executives calendars for investor related events
- Assists with on-going relationships with investors and provides support to the Head of Investor Relations for ongoing CRM (customer relationship management)
- Provides administrative support to corporate communications and investor relations teams
- Communications_
- Coordinates and handles logistics for medical and scientific conference attendance and associated events, such as company updates, Key Opinion Leader events, and R&D days
- Supports all external communication vehicles, such as the corporate website, social media, news flow calendar, corporate collateral, etc. Ensures all materials are consistent in tone of voice and style
- Assists in maintaining and improving the company intranet

- Collaborates with cross functional groups to ensure coordination across the company and helps ensure a successful and smoothly functioning conference experience
- Collaborates with various vendors associated with conferences and is able to build and maintain relationships to improve associated events over time

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years’ event planning, coordination, administration, or related experience is required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Demonstrated experience coordinating team schedules, including tasks and deliverables.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements in multiple time-zones.

- High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Highly collaborative orientation, identifying, consulting, and partnering with others internally and externally to meet department, division, and company objectives.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach. An ability to function professionally and pleasantly during periods of high stress.
- A willingness to take initiative and the ability to make thoughtful and timely decisions.
- Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional team. Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint, including strong experience and familiarity with Outlook. Experience with Mac operating systems an asset.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, WordPress, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Hootsuite
