**Investor Relations Manager**

Spring is a global community of impact innovators and investors, connected to create a sustainable, healthy and equitable world. Based in Vancouver, with team members in Toronto and across the country, we design and deliver education and experiences to build an inclusive community of investors and support a diverse range of founders to scale their impactful solutions. We address barriers to realizing this through incubation, acceleration, investor training and match-making opportunities with our active, values-aligned community. We are committed to proactively increasing participation in impact investment among underrepresented communities.

This is a support role that reports directly to the VP of Growth

**Work Hours**:
Part-Time or Full-Time (approximately 20 to 40 hours per week)

**What you will be doing**:
Engage value-aligned investors and help them to determine their best entry point into our community from our Spring Collective offerings, including:

- Investor Social Events
- Foundations in Startup Investing
- Impact Investor Challenges
- Spring Collective Network

Fill a strong pipeline of investors through various activities:

- Represent Spring as a thought leader and speaker at events
- Co/host investor engagement events in designated locations
- Conduct direct outreach including phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Provide co-facilitation support for educational programs
- Nurture investor relationships alongside the CIO and Investor Relations team
- Identify potential business development opportunities with partners

**Core Skills Required**:

- Experience in early-stage impact investing across multiple deals as a founder and an investor
- Strong relationship development, conversion and facilitation skills
- Ability to build relationships with a diverse community of new and experienced investors

**Other Considerations**:

- Ability to attend in-person events, particularly in Vancouver and Toronto

**Compensation**
- This is a full-time position with a salary of $75,000-$85,000 (prorated for part-time), participating in Spring’s annual Bonus Plan.
- Access to Spring’s Benefits Package including:

- An $800 home office expense allowance
- A $1,000 health stipend prorated for the year
- Support for professional development programs
- 15 days of paid vacation, 5 personal health days, and statutory BC holidays. We also provide additional days off between Christmas and New Years holidays.
- Work remotely with access to a co-working space in Vancouver and Toronto.
- Work with a people-focused, values-based organization with global reach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
