**To be successful as our new Administrative Coordinator, you will**:
- Have an office administration certificate or equivalent experience
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other computer programs

**As our new Administrative Coordinator, you will**:
Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of service to our residents, visitors, and team members through comprehensive and effective administrative support.
Our Administrative Coordinators coordinate all financial and general administrative processes within the our villages as well as supporting people and HR processes. They have strong attention to detail and are comfortable managing a range of different responsibilities and deadlines including maintaining petty cash, creating balancing reports, arranges coded invoices, collecting resident rent cheques, NSF/collection procedures, arranging team member group benefit continuance payments, making bank deposits, gathering biweekly timesheets for payroll and forwarding all necessary financial/administrative documents/reports to support office for further processing.
Administrative Coordinators at Schlegel Villages support the administrative team across the village to ensure our residents, team members and visitors received exceptional customer service.
