Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position in a dental office.
Position Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant at Zak Electric, you will support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows. This role is ideal for someone with prior administrative experience who is eager to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize job files and maintain accurate project documentation
- Assist with processing invoices, payments, and entering data into QuickBooks
- Maintain and update customer and vendor records
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets
- Help prepare business documents, templates, and marketing materials
- Assist with basic social media updates and content coordination
- Coordinate communication between team members, suppliers, and clients
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- A proactive and positive attitude
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
