We are seeking a talented and energetic Marketing Coordinator. This exciting opportunity can be done on a flexible schedule in which you can combine working remotely from your home with working out of our Vancouver Office in the Mount Pleasant area. This is a full time position operating Mon-Fri 9-5.

We are a young, vibrant and growing group of landscape architects, civil engineers, and certified arborists. We have a solid reputation in the industry operating in the Lower Mainland of BC since 1999. Our firm has clients across Western Canada including a wide range of consulting services.

**Skills and Required Qualifications**
- At least 2 years experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Ajera Project Management software is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for marketing and design
- Must have previous experience in professional writing.
- Must have experience in a professional office environment.
- Education in Marketing or communications is an asset.
- Previous experience in our industry is an asset

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Proposal Writing and Coordination
- Responsible for tracking and coordinating proposal submissions.
- Communication with clients regarding proposal submissions and follow-up.
- Coordination with the project team to set-up projects upon award.
- Assistance in time management software (Ajera)
- Monitor website and upload new content.
