The **Business Operations Coordinator** is a newly created position that will support the centralized operations function across the organization. We are looking for someone who wants to make an impact on people's lives and work with a team of people who share that same passion. You are proactive, resourceful, organized and can adapt quickly to changing situations.

This position will work closely with and in support of the Senior Operations Manager, as well as the wider Centralized Operations and front-line teams. This position will be directly involved in the oversight and continual improvement of the various information systems and requirements of the various teams within the firm.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Maintenance of our forms management within multiple software systems, valuation/search systems & accounts
- Scheduling work and timelines in support of the project work and BAU management of the Operations Manager
- Process management, including support of our Commissioner of Oath renewal requirements and ongoing coordination of external parties to support our internal teams
- Sales team bonus compensation calculation and updates
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
- General data analysis and organization, as well as data extraction for outside partners
- Identify Learning & Development opportunities for yourself and for the team
- Continual learning to become a Subject Matter Expert on certain processes and/or systems to be called upon to provide training to other members of the firm
- Interacting with Senior Management for reporting
- Supporting the delivery of training and communication when implementing new processes or enhancements to business operations as needed
- Participate in process improvement workshops to identify root causes, identify opportunities, and create future state processes
- Identify appropriate metrics that will assist in monitoring performance

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- A self-starter who can prioritize with the flexibility to manage workload demands and multiple tasks as required
- Able to set and meet targets and service levels of the team
- Ability to quickly learn new software and processes
- Meticulous planning, organizing, and coordinating skills
- Interpersonal skills that facilitate positive outcomes and business promotional efforts
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of business units
- Ability to create strong relationships with business partners

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years' experience within an Operations Team or similar environment
- Successful completion of University or College degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Information Systems, Project Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be an asset
- Experience in the Insolvency industry would be an asset
