Campaign Operations Coordinator

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support and execute on day-to-day operations of client's digital campaigns
- Monitor portfolio KPIs and act on issues that arise.
- Perform day-to-day communications, troubleshooting, campaign setups and buildouts
- Support the core team in maintain client facing support to all D6 clients
- Coordinate internally to execute on any new developments, implementation, or enhancements
- Update and maintain operational process documentation.
- Maintain a curious mind and ongoing awareness of new companies, products, services, competitor activities.
- Represent Digital 6ix values at every opportunity.

**Qualifications and Skills**

The Campaign Operations Coordinator must understand e-commerce, affiliate marketing, campaign tracking and customer acquisition strategies. They must also possess an ability to navigate complex situations and personalities under pressure and be highly detail oriented. Critical to be able manage multiple timelines and priorities efficiently for multiple deliverables. Understanding of data analysis and concepts a huge plus.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast paced, and non-routine working environment.
- Bachelor’s degree / Certificate in marketing, business or related field and 1-2 years of sales or operational experience ideally
- Tech-savvy: software experience e.g., Salesforce or other CRM, Teamwork, Slack or other project management tools, GA, Cake, or other tracking software
- Strong Excel skills
- Very developed attention to detail and organization skills, strong problem solver, self starter.
- Excellent interpersonal, assertive communication and presentation skills - virtually and in person.
- Demonstrate a will to win and push boundaries.
- Hungry, energetic, and intrinsically motivated to succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
